When we started our garden in 2022, I essentially “winged it” and made do with what I had. It was a successful first attempt, but I questioned whether I was using non-GAPS*-friendly items that really didn’t belong in my garden.

In my second year of gardening (2023) I really wanted to explore the possibilities of how to create a GAPS*-friendly garden. As such, I started to research more and get into the gardening experience. Through my research, I realized that I could make my garden GAPS*-friendly by applying the GAPS*-concepts. As I continued to learn, I realized that others could benefit from my findings and what I was doing. And that’s where I got the idea to create a subscription that would help others to incorporate GAPS*-friendly items and concepts into their gardening experience!
