I am a Certified GAPS* Coach that is now living a better life because of the GAPS* Protocol. I believe everyone deserves better health and I believe everyone has the capability to change their circumstances to achieve this. My goal is to help others transition onto the GAPS* Protocol and flourish while doing so. And to make the most of your journey, I love to help individuals and families through their challenges while being on GAPS*.

Your health journey is obviously yours to choose, as I believe in freedom of choice. There are multiple ways to reach your goals. If you are not interested in committing to GAPS* fully, then perhaps there are some GAPS* friendly items that you can incorporate without going full board. I’d be happy to work with you in selecting the items that work best for your lifestyle and current needs.
