In no event shall Living in Wellness Coaching Services, its employees and the Owner, be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, injuries or losses arising out of the use, or inability to use, the content, materials, subscriptions, or services on the ‘Living in Wellness’ website, even if Living in Wellness Coaching Services, or its employees and the Owner, have been notified orally, or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. Damages would include, without limitation, but is not limited to, any damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption.

In no event shall Living in Wellness Coaching Services, its employees and the Owner, be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other sort, arising out of, or in connection with, activities, services, subscriptions, features, and resources offered by Living in Wellness Coaching Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, however these limitations do not apply.
