The Terms of Use govern the permissible use of the ‘Living in Wellness’ website and extends to all activities, services, subscriptions, features, and resources offered by Living in Wellness Coaching Services.

Refer to the Terminology webpage for specific terms that are used in the information presented below.

Anyone can sign up to become a site member. Upon signing up, Living in Wellness Coaching Services will grant you a private account within the Members-Only area, where you will have access to, but not limited to, the following:

• Your personal private information and public displayed information

• Your Bookings

• Your Subscriptions

• All features noted on the ‘Site Membership’ webpage

• Members-Only Blogs

It is important to keep the password to your account safe and secure. Please refrain from sharing it with others. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your site membership.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services sells subscriptions to:

• access online digital content and material, and

• book discounted services, classes or courses.

Any site member can purchase a subscription. Access to subscriptions will be available within the Members-Only area. Subscriptions are available for the specified subscription duration while this website is functional and hosted.

The types of subscriptions available are summarized below:

One-Time Payment Subscriptions

• Access to the subscription is granted to the site member once the singular one-time payment is received and properly processed.

• Unlimited subscription access will be provided to the site member within the specified subscription duration.

Recurring Payment Subscriptions

• Access to the subscription is granted to the site member once the recurring payments are received and properly processed.

• Recurring payments will be processed until the subscription expires or the subscription is cancelled.

• Unlimited subscription access will be provided to the site member within the specified subscription duration.

Subscriptions with a Specified Free Trial Period

• Access to the free trial will be granted to the site member once the personal information and payment method is entered.

• The site member has the ability to cancel the subscription prior to the payment being processed at the end of the free trial. Once the payment is processed, it is final and there are no-refunds offered. Refer to the Cancellation &  Refund Policy.

Free or Gifted Subscriptions

• No credit card information is required.

• Access to the subscription is granted to the site member once they accept the subscription.

• Unlimited subscription access will be provided to the site member within the specified subscription duration.

The subscription duration will be noted at checkout. The duration types available are summarized below:

• Limited – The duration of the subscription will be limited to a specified amount of time. At the end of the subscription duration, the subscription will expire.

• Lifetime – The duration of the subscription will be limited to the lifetime of this website’s existence and not the lifetime of the member. The subscription expiration will be the date at which the website’s existence is terminated.

Services are available to site users that act respectfully and appropriately, by abiding by the Online Code of Conduct, when interacting with employees, and the Owner, of Living in Wellness Coaching Services.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services has the right to refuse services to individuals that:

• disregard, or fail to abide by, the Online Code of Conduct,

• have been suspended from the ‘Living in Wellness’ website,

• repetitively not show up to their appointments on time, or

• repetitively miss their appointments.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services requires that a waiver of liability be signed for the following:

• All paid Services

• All Subscriptions

• LIVE Classes/Courses Services & Materials

An individual will be prompted to sign a digital waiver form prior to receiving the service or subscription. Services and subscriptions will be withheld from the individual until the waiver form is digitally signed.

Updates to waiver forms may be published from time to time, and as such the individual will be prompted to sign the updated waiver form at such time.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services grants site members access to certain forums. Within these forums, site members can interact with other members through posts.

There are two types of forums:

1. Public forums: These forums are monitored randomly by Living in Wellness Coaching Services and rely on site member participation to keep the forum alive and thriving.

2. Private forums: These forums are monitored on a regular basis by Living in Wellness Coaching services for a specified period of time. Access to these forums is provided only through the purchase of LIVE online classes or LIVE online courses.

Site members must follow the Online Code of Conduct when using these Forums.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services offers the ability for site users, contacts & members to post commentary within open comment boxes provided that site users, contacts & members conform with the Online Code of Conduct for this website. These comment boxes are open to the public and it is up to the individual to be aware that anyone can see their comments.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services expects all site users, contacts & members to obey by the following Online Code of Conduct:

• Be respectful & considerate to others.

• Use respectful appropriate language and refrain from using profanity or vulgar/offensive/abusive language.

• Be respectful of copyright & governing laws.

• No illegal activity permitted.

• No solicitation permitted.

Violating the online code of conduct could result in suspension or cancellation from the ‘Living in Wellness’ website.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership, subscription, service, or site access, should the site user, contact or member not abide by the website’s Terms and Conditions, or should they exhibit characteristics that are inappropriate or unbecoming of the Online Code of Conduct.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services has the discretion to update any, or all, Terms of Use at any time without notice. We encourage site users, contacts & members to frequently check this webpage for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to become aware of any modifications. By using the ‘Living in Wellness’ website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
