The ‘Living in Wellness’ website represents www.livinginwellness.ca and its subsidiary webpages.
A “site user” is defined as an individual accessing the ‘Living in Wellness’ website, who hasn’t signed up to be a “site member”, nor provided contact information.
A “site contact” is defined as an individual accessing the ‘Living in Wellness’ website, who hasn’t signed up to be a “site member”, but has provided contact information to Living in Wellness Coaching Services.
A “site member” is defined as an individual accessing the ‘Living in Wellness’ website, who has signed up for Site Membership, and has also provided contact information to Living in Wellness Coaching Services.

Certified GAPS* Coaches (CGC) and Certified GAPS* Practitioners (CGP) can use this as a “tool” for preparing paid content (exclusive to the CGC’s or CGP’s business), but is strictly prohibited from preparing free content to be distributed to their clients/patients. The cancellation and refund policies for services and subscriptions are displayed within the promotional webpages where you can purchase the item.
If you want to apply for an exception to the cancellation & refund policy, please email contactlivinginwellness@gmail.com explaining your situation and reasons. Extraordinary cases will be evaluated by Living in Wellness Coaching Services on an individual basis.

Living in Wellness Coaching Services cannot commit to a ‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’ policy. However, Living in Wellness does want to ensure that you have a positive experience when it comes to using the ‘Living in Wellness’ website and interacting with the employees and Owner of Living in Wellness Coaching Services.
Living in Wellness Coaching Services is always looking to improve features and customer service. Please feel free to submit feedback and suggestions using the Feedback Form within the Members-Only area.
If there are any issues or concerns with respect to the satisfaction of the subscriptions and services, please email contactlivinginwellness@gmail.com so that Living in Wellness Coaching Services can address the situation and find a compromise that will optimistically increase the positivity of the individual’s experience.

If you submit a negative testimonial, Living in Wellness Coaching Services has the discretion to not display the testimonial. However, Living in Wellness Coaching Services will strive to find a compromise that will hopefully create a more positive experience for the individual.
By submitting a testimonial, you allow Living in Wellness Coaching services the discretion to modify your testimonial as noted below. If you are dissatisfied with the final modified testimonial displayed on the website, please email contactlivinginwellness@gmail.com to express your concerns and they will be addressed appropriately.
Correct grammar,
Delete or slightly modify specific information within the testimonial to make it more accurate or appropriate for contextual purposes, and
Truncate the length of the testimonial so that it fits within the confines of the webpage requirements.
