Living in Wellness Coaching Services provides step-by-step support with preparing foods to Boost Nutrition. Perfect for both newcomers wanting to transition onto the GAPS* Protocol and for fully committed individuals & families already on the GAPS* Protocol.

  • Gain knowledge about nutrient-dense foods to eat on GAPS* in order to Boost Nutrition.

  • Cooking Class: Preparing meat stock & an accompanying soup.

  • Informational content emailed to you: Recipes for meat stock & soup. Handouts summarizing what to eat and a basic meal plan.
